The R100 for 100 days special

I would like to compliment Makro Strubensvalley and especially Amanda, the Perishables Manager, for her fantastic and friendly service.
On the weekend of 26 October 2013 we went to Makro specifically to buy their chicken on special @ R100 for 2 x 2.7kg. When we got there they were out of stock. On Thursday, 31 October 2013 I phoned them to enquire whether they had gotten stock in and the lady on the switchboard, unfortunately I did not take her name, said that she would get the Perishable Manager Amanda, to phone me back. So I thought yeah like they were going to phone me.
Well I was pleasantly surprised. Amanda phoned me to say that the stock was in and how many did I want so that she could keep it aside for me. On Saturday 2 November 2013 we went to fetch the chicken. Amanda was there personally and assisted us. This is the first time in all of our shopping experience that we have received such good service. Congrats Amanda and congratulations Makro Strubensvalley. Keep up the good work!! Michelle
