We bought 2 x emerald double beds on the 8th of July 2013 at Dial a bed Vredenburg. There was non in stock so the lady would've ordered from the supplier. She also offerred us a bed on loan for the interim. After some time not hearing from them we followed up last week at the branch where the lady told us that there is a problem at the supplier and that we can choose another product in the same price range. We then decided on Restonic beds which the lady said would be delivered to them today, which is the 15th of August. I phoned the branch today after which the lady followed up and phoned me back with the response that the stock that was delivered today did not contain our beds. She said there will be coming another truck tomorrow and Saturday, which is too long for us to wait anymore, and that is if our order is on the trucks. We will be entertaining guests over this weekend and urgently want the beds. We would like the beds ordered and not beds on loan as this is an inconvenience to us.
