Terrible Quality and Pathetic Service!!!

Whatever happened to providing customers with the great products / services that they've paid for? Edgar's used to be known as the "IT" place to buy clothing. So I decided to open an account to share in on the fantastic quality clothing that I've heard so much about. Much to my dismay, this is not at all what I've received thus far. I opened my account in August 2012 & I've spent a great deal of money so far on supposedly "good quality" items. Almost every single item I have purchased, has either broken, faded or is in such a condition that I'm too embarrassed to be seen in public with it! I still have every single one of my slips and anyone can judge to see that the duration of time in which I've possessed these items is definitely not long enough for them to look the way they do! I am incredibly upset with this situation, as a paying customer, surely I should receive the quality I pay for? Because, lets face it, most of the items in the stores are pricey and generally when you pay a certain amount, you expect to receive quality equivalent to that amount? Unfortunately, this is not the case! I wish to have someone contact me so that I can arrange to return these items immediately!
