Awaiting Reversal of Account and Clearance Lette

I have an account with Jet stores that was handed over to ARA Attorneys. I have since paid it up and my last payment was made last year October/November. I have since been waiting for ARA/Jet stores to do a reversal of the amount that shows I owe on the Jet systems. I have phoned ARA, been to Jet stores and have even called Head Office and I'm still waiting. All entities involved keep telling me that I will get the Letter as they are now eventually in the process of reversing the amount. It feels like I have been waiting for years and every time I phone, nothing better happens. I need to move on with my life and Jet is holding me back!
