Good Day..
I am utterly disgusted with the service or should I say No service I have received from Home choice.
I ordered a pot set in August online (home choice- website). the order went through and i didn't receive any confirmation. So I took it upon myself to phone in and the lady I spoke to told me that my order was received and took my banking details as I opted for a debit order. She advised that the pots will be delivered the first week of September. Not at any point during our conversation has she ever mentioned that there might be no stock or they are short of stock, I was led to believe that the order is ready for dispatch and would be delivered. This pot set was for my sister's birthday, which sadly to say is the 23rd of September. Now this morning i had a bit of worry as to why i haven't received my order as yet or even a phone call from home choice.. I yet again took it upon myself to phone in and being very disgusted by the agent that answered my call, I kept my cool, and asked to confirm my order, she took my ID number I then was told that my order was cancelled due to no stock. I WOULD APPRECIATE AN EXPLANATION OF THIS POOR SERVICE!!! ASAP!!!
