I am an international client. Dealt with Jameel and Susan from William Nicol branch. I was 36wks pregnant n looking for baby furn. After placing order n paying deposit i am told i will be contacted soon and when order is ready to pay balance n can expect deliery in 4 to 6 wks. I receive NOT A CALL but an email saying by the way that supplier won't make the cot for another 5months n I wont be receiving it a agreed. After that i hound them for a solution n finally make arrangements to get one off the floor. Both J and S seem confused n unapologetic. Not given proper invoice n am told wil receive one on delivery. Item is delivered as per instructions to freighting co but without invoice. Item is not packed for export as requested. Parts of cot are exposed and damaged. Emailed complaint to head office from link on site. Someone responded saying thy we're out of the office n would get back to me as soon as the weekend was over. It's been months n I'm still waiting. Would never recommend this co to anyone. So no response let alone any compensation. As a south african now living abroad I am worried of how service like this will look to outside investors. Disgusted n appalled.
