Fraai Meraai Ontwerp
No response and empty promises - no delivery!!

I contacted fraai meraai ontwerp numerous times without any response. When I did finally get hold of her she confused me with another client and was very unprofessional. I went to see her after she promised me a invoice... that I never received!! When I met her she was half an hour late for our appointment and she had no explanation, because of this I was late for all my other appointments. Again I was told that she will make the items I required and that I will receive my invoice by that evening. I am still waiting and I got married two weeks ago... I tried to contact her but she just ignored me!! Her service is very unprofessional, she makes empty promises and leaves you stuck one week before your wedding. I will not recommend using this supplier at ALL. I realised that she is not going to help me and I had to make another plan ASAP. I found two other suppliers that walked the extra mile for me and my items was much better than what Fraai has to offer.
