No response and no delivery after almost 2 months

Last year I complained on Hellopeter a few times about my Pillows and Massager that was not delivered. I constantly got told about the 4 week period, etc. First the supplier was blamed for redeeming the order late and then the courier was blamed. Eventually on 31st December 2012, I got an email from Natalie Retief saying that the courier had liquidated and the order will have to be placed again on 7th January 2013, when the supplier is open. I gave her the go-ahead to place the order, but to please not make me wait another 4 weeks. I emailed her on 8th January 2013 to ask if she had placed the order, but she still has not responded. Am I going to get my order or not? If not, then please refund me. Please don't reply with your copy and paste repsonse. I want a a proper response and I need to know the proper details
