I would like to thank the SA post office at Cape Mail HUB in epping. I have been trying to locate my product purchased. The same day I posted the first comment I called the HUB, the lady I spoke to Nozi, took my details and said someone will come back to me. The next day I received a call form Siphokazi saying they have my package and they are waiting on an invoice. She provided me with her email address and said I can email her my proof of payment and or invoice and collect me item from the HUB. I have emailed it off this morning and waiting on confirmation of receipt of my invoice. I am hoping to get a response today in order for me to collect my item today and keep smiling about the South African Post Office.
