I am shocked at the service that we got from Net-florist. My husband placed an order for myself for Valentine's Day on-line DELIVERY DATE 14.02.2013. As per the invoice there were 2 items and both had the same delivery date and address. I received the ONE item on Valentine's Day with a damaged box of chocolates, but to date am still waiting for the delivery of the SECOND item. I spoke to Tamlyn on Friday morning and she CONFIRMED that the SECOND item is on it's way for delivery YESTERDAY 15.02.2013. i requested that it be delivered before 15h30. Well we are now on 16.02.2013 and I am still waiting. Besides speaking to Tamlyn I spoke to two other gentlemen and the first one advised that I will only get it NEXT WEEK and I said ABSOLUTELY NOT. The other gentlemen that I spoke to kept me hanging on the phone for 15mins that I eventually put the phone down. One pays so much money and this is the service you get. I can assure you that it is THE LAST TIME we will EVER use Net-florist. I want feedback and confirmation as it when the SECOND item will be delivered.
