I have made a complaint regards to a delivery i have been waiting for since February, i have been informed they where out of stock and will give me a refund. I was then informed they have managed to get stock and i will receive this in 5-7 working days. I emailed and was told the item was damaged and they have ordered another one it will be delivered in 2 weeks. I have still not received a response from anyone with regards to what and when i am receiving my item it is now going in for the 3rd month. I am really disgusted by the service that i am receiving all i want is for my item to be sent to me ASAP. All i get is delays and no one has even attempted to contact me via telephone only email but in saying this only responding to emails i send, since my last email i sent on the 22/03 and 03/04 i have not received any feedback.
For the long wait all i get is sorry for the inconvenience caused??? What about saying for the delay we will be upgrading your purchase it is not as though i have purchased a item that is a few rands worth i have purchased a item that is nearly R3000.00. So lets see if this time round i will get a response
