WAITING MORE THAN 3 MONTHS ON AN ORDER

I placed an order in December for 3 items. I only received 2 of the 3 items. I am still waiting on the 3rd item and i have paid for it. I have sent numerous e-mails & have called ample times, but no answer & no response on my e-mails. when the check the order online, it says "to be delivered". When is it to be delivered?? I have not taken these items on credit, it has been paid for, I expect my item to be delivered when the rest of my order was delivered. ZANDO is supposed to be convenient, but now it has become more of an effort than anything!! I am outraged by this and expect a response as soon as possible please! If the item is out of stock, please inform me and refund me! SIMPLE AS THAT!!
