I purchased a bunk bed on 19 March. We agreed to have it delivered on Tuesday 26 March. On Tues I had to call to check why it was not delivered. I was promised delivery the next day. I had to call to find out when they were delivering. They promised to do it in the late afternoon. Nothing was delivered as promised. The next day they agreed to send it the following day. They Called me at lunch time to say that the bed was damaged and that they couldn't deliver as they had no stock. I contacted their customer service at head office via their website. The manager called back assuring me that this will be rectified. Everyday there was another excuse. Eventually after many phone calls and threats to escalate this matter they delivered today. Upon delivery we were told that they could not assemble the bed as promised by both Clifton and Ian. The deliveryman left the bed. I contacted the Fourways branch. Neither Ian or Clifton were available to take me call. Eventually Clifton called back to say that he would come through to assemble it. I later received a call from Ian, he had not been correctly briefed and I explained the situation again. I told them that I will not accept anymore excus
