My husband and I made a cash purchase of a dining room suite on the 26th of February with a flower vase as a gift. The salesperson promised to deliver our furniture by the 2nd of March. Delivery was not done as promised. My husband phone Joseph to find out when the delivery will take place and he was told that delivery will be done before Tuesday the 5th.

The furniture was again not delivered as promised and upon following up, we told that it would be delivered on the 6th. On, the 6th, we were told that it was raining therefore they will deliver on the 7th. On the 7th March, we were told that the delivery truck was late therefore delivery could not be done.

Delivery was then eventually done on Friday the 8th, however, the wall unit was damaged upon delivery. We then phoned the store and the branch manager told us that they will send their delivery guys with a new wall unit the following Monday the 11th to do an exchange. We waited for the exchange to be done and it was only done on the 15th without any explaination or apology to be done in between. To date we have not received the flower vase which was supposed to be delivered with our furniture.
