Appauling Service at Furniture City

I have jst moved from the Eastern Cape and started a new job on the 1st March 2013. i went to go and purchase furniture (a TV Stand, Fridge and Double Bed) on the first and I told them that I did not know then date for when I would move in but I would call and I would inform them. I aso requested that when they deliver they should assemble the TV stand.
I called in thursday to request that they deliver Saturday after 6, they arrived to deliver at 13:00. after numerous calls to the branch, they promised that I would have the items delivered to me at 17:15, so i made plans to be at my place by that time, the delivery only arrived after 21:00 and when i arrived there was no bed. i called the branch the salesman i was dealing with, Victor, promised i would get it Sunday and when I called Sunday they told me he was on study leave and would be back on Thursday but the bed would be delivered on Tuesday (all the while i was sleeping on a couch). cutting a long story short, I have not received the bed and there is no stock and I have called almost everyday to get a way forward but to no avail. I am extremely MAD and disgusted. they still haven't assebled the TV stand. No word on that!!!
