TERRIBLE Service - No bed for more than 2 week!!

On 31 March 2013, I purchased bed at around 9am from Hersia being the sales person on duty. They notified me that they will deliver my bed sometime that morning but couldn't give me an exact time so I had to wait around my house. To my surprise I got a call at 9.40am from their delivery team that they will deliver my bed at 10.30am that morning.

I waited around till 12.30 after trying to call numerous times to ask when the bed will be delivered. Eventually after endless calls I got hold of Hesia and she informed me that the bed is damaged at around 1pm and that she would order me a new one. During the week of the 1-6 April 2013, I phoned the House and Home Fourways branch around 5 times to try and get hold of Hesia, but she didn't bother to return my calls.

On Monday the 8th of April I spoke to the branch manager, Ian personally and shared my frustration with him. He assured me he will assist ASAP and get back to me which he didn't. I personally went into the branch on Wed, the 17th to have a meeting with him. He apologised for the bad service and phoned around and found a bed which he promised will be delivered by the weekend.

I have still not received my bed!!!
