Hi, I purchased a Soundbar & Dishwasher from the Century City Branch on Thursday 26/9/2013 and was told it would be delivered on Wednesday 2/10/2013 as they had stock.

I was called on the delivery date and told that the Dishwasher was damaged and that they did not have any others in stock. They would be receiving new stock and it would be delivered on Monday 7/10/2013. I called on Monday to find out what the situation was and was then told that they were waiting on Head Office and would get back to me. They then called my wife rather...

She has since had to call them back on numerous occasions to find out when this would be delivered. They informed us it would be delivered on Monday 21/10/2013... we then spoke to the Manager who said this was ridiculous and it would be delivered on 23/10/2013.

They have subsequently delivered the display unit and are HOPING to deliver our unit on Monday 28/10/2013.

This was meant to be a surprise for my wife when she came out of hospital. So I find this service absolutely appalling, we paid for this almost four weeks ago and I am disgusted at the way this matter has been treated.
