Today at 11.47 I paid via my debit card for my purchase. The cashier claimed the payment did not go through although I showed her on my cellphone that it had. The manager then came and told me that there was nothing he could do and I cannot take my purchase although the payment was on the phone. I asked him to cancel the purchase and I will then pay cash which he also refused to do. Consequently I left the store feeling very embarrassed as there was a long queue of people staring and listening. I cannot believe in this day and age that incidents like this can still occur in a store as big as Clicks.
