Bad Service at Clicks Vangate so unprofessional

On the 24 Nov 2013 @14H16 I told the cashier (Latasha) that I have two separate purchases and she nodded. I gave her the clicks club card and a voucher of R17.20.After the first purchase she called the next customer while I was still standing waiting for the next purchase to be rung up. She then asked the customer to go pay at the next till I said its fine she can carry on with the customer I will wait but the customer left. After she rang up my staff I checked the slip at the bottom it was written you could have earned 21 points. I asked why when she still has the clicks club card and she said you did not give me the card for the second purchase. I told her to ring the items again because she has the card. She called a supervisor Rashieda Southgate and explained in Afrikaans, the supervisor looked at me as if I killed someone. She cancelled the purchase and did it over she then asked me to sign in English I said it would have been nice if she spoke the same language with the cashier and she said I have done what she has asked me to do referring to the cashier. I compained on the 25th spoke to Faeez @ customer care but nothing has been done. I will never shop @ that store again
