Triple Charged

I went to Clicks in Cavendish to purchase a few items and was told that my card did not go through so they tried again and I was told again that it did not go through, so I paid cash. When checking my phone I see that I was charged twice on my card and then paid cash, so I paid 3 times for the same thing. I went back to the store to tell them that this had happened and that I knew that the bank would refund 1 of the amounts but not both. The woman that I dealt with, the manager, who was wearing a white apron that said pharmacy assistant on it, was so rude and unhelpful and even dealt with someone else while I was talking to her. She told me to wait until tomorrow and bring the bank statements back. The problem is I cannot handle it when people are not taught how to deal with customers properly and just dismiss them with no friendly service. This needs to be dealt with.
I will never shop at Clicks in Cavendish again!!!
