Case history: Was at Mr Price on Field Street in Durban on Thursday (16 May 2013) @15:40. i had my cellphone (Blackberry 9320) with me including the rest of my possessions with me while i was in the payment queue along with the selected items i had gone to purchase. When i got to the cashiers counter point i placed my cellphone on the counter during the time of transaction with the cashier that was assisting me with my purchase. His name tag read as Ayanda. Unfortunately thereafter i left the cashier point without realizing that i had left my cellphone behind. it was my negligence, yes. But when i returned 10mins. after the incident, Ayanda claimed that he had not seen a blackberry, thereafter I asked to see the store manager and she rudely said that the camera's were not functioning. little did i argue in shock and confusion that was going on i kindly left.i decided to go back the following day and i spoke to another manager whom called Ayanda and asked him to identify me and if he had not seen the Blackberry of which Ayanda gave a rude remark about me accusing him. i am not happy with the treatment i had received at this store. i am disgusted to the core with the Mr Price group.
