I bought a new mattress from Dial a Bed Centurion branch on Saturday 11 January 2014.

I paid cash.

I was promised that the mattress will leave the warehouse on Monday and that it will be delivered this week.

Yesterday I phoned to track the mattress, as I was told that I will receive an sms when the mattress leave the warehouse.

The answer received from an arrogant Mbuso was that it did not leave the warehouse and that the Manager of the store loaded the date wrong. Mbuso did the work on the computer on Saturday???

I investigated, phoned the warehouse and Leanne told me that there was no order registered with the warehouse yet.

When I spoke to the branch, I was given wrong order numbers to query on???
I got lots and lots of arrogance.

I lodged a complaint with the Head Office.
This morning no feedback was received from the branch or any person to act on the query.
They will see what they can do!!

I do not want to do any business with Dial a Bed.
Their business is built on.

I want my money to be paid back in cash.
I am not going to wait 10 days for my money.

My cash is in their bank account and I must fight for what I bought.

Next step - case!
