On the 25/04/2012 I bought a mattress from Dial-a-bed. In the very beginning of March, 1 of the springs suddenly protruded. As the bed is still under guarantee I phoned Dial-a-Bed. They promised to send somebody within a week. Three weeks later on the 25th of April a man came to the bed (this was only after numerous other calls to Dial-a-Bed) and said they will replace it within a week. Almost a month later on the 22/04/2013 I had enough and phoned the manager at the Boksburg branch just of North Rand Road. She was very kind and phoned me back later to apologise and said the matter was resolved, my new mattress will be delivered on Friday (26/04/2013). Then on Wednesday I received another sms to say they will only come and inspect the mattress on the 26/04/2013. Why inspect again? I was promised to get my mattress today! It is extremely uncomfortable to sleep on the bed like this. The solution they offered was that I must turn the mattress around. I didn't know if I should laugh or cry.
