Failure to supply replacement goods

I purchased a leather lounge suite from house and home some 10 months back .i noticed latent defects on the set during the first week and i opted for a replacement set . to date i have not received a complete replacement as promised .i have left numerous messages with their sales representative, customer care manager and no action has been taken to resolve issue.i would advise all prospective clients to consider other companies to transact with due to lack of business integrity that such a company has and outwardly displays .i would say that its as if post purchase service does not exist .a product consist not only of a tangible offering but as whole complete with warranty services, effectively we could say that house and home sells half the product for the full price .house and home does not conform to industry norms and any savings if offered can be seen as futile as you would not receive any compulsory post purchase support.the consumer protection act has been devised for companies as house and home.
