Mattress Protector Not delivered

I ordered a bed and paid via debit card on the internet site for dial a bed, I added the optional mattress protector on the site and this was added to the amount that I paid. My bed set was delivered on the 27th August 2013, without my mattress protector, I phoned the next day and was told it will be delivered, the delivery people even phoned my in the morning saying that if the guys do not deliver he will deliver the protector himself.

He did not phone back as I was told and the delivery was not made. I phoned back on the 29th and was told
by the person at dial a bed internet division that it will be sorted, to today I have not heard anything from dial a bed or the delivery people, and I still do not have my mattress protector. It is now a week later.

I just want what I paid for, or at least a date that I will receive it, and a reason why it is late.
