We purchased a bed Friday 22 November 2013 from Lawrence and requested that the bed be delivered that evening as we had just moved into the flat, they delivered the demo model and promised to deliver a new bed on Monday 25 November 2013, there was no delivery or call from the Prince to advise of delay. I phoned throughout the week with Prince avoiding my calls when I would phone asking to find out who was calling before he could take my calls, if he did talk to me he would say he is waiting for the warehouse to deliver, the warehouse did not deliver because of the rain. I phoned on Saturday 30 November 2013 was put on hold for a long time as I refused to leave a message for Prince, he talked to me and said I must talk to his manager Lawrence as he does not know what to do as he had ordered the bed on Monday 25 November, Lawrence said the bed will be delivered but he cannot give a date, that was Saturday 30 November 2013, still no phone call from the shop as to when the bed will be delivered. This is the sale for Dr Olode and Abegail. All we want is for our bed to be delivered as per notes on the invoice/delivery note that a replacement bed will be delivered.
