FC - passing off used furniture for new

I bought a Grafton lounge suite at Furniture City Springfield, Durban. On delivery I noticed the sofas were not wrapped in plastic as you would expect a new sofa coming from the factory. On closer inspection i noticed a stain and seat was sunken as if it had been sat on. This set felt like used furniture.

I called the salesman and explained the problem. I demanded the sofa be replaced. The salesman could not understand how they delivered the set when the warehouse had a negative quantity on hand. It became abundantly clear i was supplied with a shop demo or reject.

/- 2 weeks later i received a new sofa. before offloading the sofa the driver tells me, the sofa has a broken leg, not to worry he will swap it with my existing sofa. I rejected delivery and requested he take it back. I went to store on Sat, 30 Mar 2013 and demanded a brand new set., I was told it would take approx. 4 weeks for new stock from Grafton. 3-days later i get a call my sofa will be delivered 04 Apr. The very next day i get another call from FC informing me the sofa has a broken leg and cant be delivered. I think i shopped at the twilight zone. Bad service. No quality control. Untrustworthy.
