I bought sofa's from the above mentioned store in 2010 and had requested them to kindly not deliver these as there were renovations being done at my house. Despite my request with the Sales person and Manager, these were delivered. After teh renovations, I had the sofa's brough into the lounge to discover that they were damaged. I contacted the store and advised them of this in April 2011. I received no feedback from them until August 2011 when I laid a Complaint with the Head Office. The sofa's were then collected a week later from this call.

Since then I have not received anyfeedback, I have been to the store on numerous occassions, where I am sent from pillar to post with no constructive feedback being provided to me. In December they advised me that I would receive loan sofa's until they can provide me with feedback. This was never done to date still I have no sofa's. When I went to the offices again this year, I was advised that my sofa's have since being in the Alberton office and they will be sending them to the manufacturer and this is now no longer their problem and I must discuss any issues with the manufacturer.
