Bad service

On Saturday the 2nd nov 2013, I went to seven north cliff and purchased a sofa, I was then asked when I want it delivered, and I asked for it to be delivered on Monday, to my surprise when the sofa arrives it's the same sofa that was on display at the store, when i made that purchase at the store the consultant never told me that I won't be getting a new sofa that instead I would get a 2nd hand sofa, I paid a lot of money to get used goods, I'm so disappointed at that store as I always thought they were all about quality, but instead I got a raw deal from them
