My husband and I purchased a lounge suite in September 2012 from Highveld Mall House & Home.

We were promised that the suite should be delivered the next day but only received it a week after the promised date!
Then within the first two weeks of having this suite the triple sofa broke! After many calls and promises the sofa was picked up (to be replaced) two weeks after the first complaint! (Payment went thru the first month!)
The sofa was away for a week and a half, where after we received a fixed sofa! When we asked why fixed and not new, we were told that it broke after a month of purchase. (They picked it up 3weeks after purchase)
So last month (April 2013) this sofa broke AGAIN! We phoned and again the sofa was only picked up 2weeks after the phone call!
16 April 2013 when they finally picked it up, I signed nowhere because there is no paperwork for pickup! My single sofa's springs jumped out!
Today 15 May 2013 not a word from House & home and no sofa. For the last month I had to be the one to let my guest sit on the floor, because I don't have a lounge suite!

I'm really over my head with frustration with House & Home
