Outstanding after sale service

After 8 months my Sinotec 55 LED TV starts giving problems. Some of the back lights were not functioning
properly. As this was my 4th Sinotec I was very disappointed. No problems with the others that I bought from
Makro Port Elizabeth.

Within 3 weeks Makro sorted out my problem. I was credited for the full amount, and bought a new
Sinotec 55 LED from them.( I was a bit disappointed because I had to pay in R 1000 because the same Sinotec 55 LED TV`s price was now R 10999)
