Hi-fi Corp failure to provide service

Hi-fi Corp, Rustenburg sold me and my fiance extended warranty when we bought a Defy Dishwasher mid last year. Now about 5 weeks ago the dishwasher had a fault and we sent it back to get fixed. After we sent it in they informed us that it would be ready for collection after 7 days. We received no contact from them until about 10 days later when they told us we have to come and pick it up and a technician will come and fix it at our house. We waited for more than two weeks before any technician made any contact with us, yet we bought their expensive extended warranty on the basis that service delivery will be prompt. we ended up having to run the dishwasher..SUCH INCONVENIENCE.Why sell us the warranty and give us guarantees of excellent service delivery if they cant deliver.
