Failure to return repaired couch

I bought a 3 Piece TIFFANY Full Leather Lounge suite on 07 August, 2012
As early as January 2013 we reported to the branch that there was a problem with the 3-seater sofa:
The right rear leg has 'caved' into the sofa itself and leaving the seater with 3 legs on.
We were told that the sofa will be collected as soon as the Ellerines holding warehouse is reopened after the festive season holidays.
We waited FOR-EVER until the sofa was collected on the 07 May, 2013.

Now it appears that we will have to wait for the whole year before the sofa is returned to us. (while we are paying the monthly installments without failure.)
The sales Lady at the branch store has been trying to communicate with us to say the sofa will be delivered. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED SO FAR!!!
We keep on getting excuse after excuse and no one seems to be helping the sales lady to get the problem resolved.
This is the WORST service we have ever experienced and we may be left with no option but to got the legal route with this matter.

IT APPEARS THAT WE WILL HAVE A PROBLEM OF BUYING FROM ELLERINES HOLDINGS STORES NEXT TIME.
