I would like to express my fantastic experience with a specific member of staff by the name of Angie at the Northgate American Swiss.
I've been searching for a ring for my fiance for my wedding on the 20th of April, the search had been very tough as he has very narrow fingers and sizes would be a problem. I am based in Durban, and from the experience I have had at the Gateway American Swiss I was totally put off dealing with them, for some reason I got ignored by consultants and the one that actually did attend to me, was very unhelpful and seemed to have a lot of attitude.
I had been advised by my mother in JHB to speak to Angie with regards to my ring, to my absolute amazement I had received the most outstanding service in the retail industry ever.
Angie had gone as far as using her own personal Mobile phone to ensure my emails were received, on her day off she still provided me with feedback and solutions on how I could get the perfect ring, within my budget.
I am proud to say that i have found the ring I am truly happy with but I personally feel I would have never settled on this if it wasn't for such a pleasant, respectful and patient person like Angie.
