I went to American Swiss Gateway to buy my wedding ring earlier this month, i was fortunate to be helped by Verola who helped me identify the ring i had on a picture in my phone. I however did not buy the ring at the time and i came back in her absence and identified the wrong ring. i went back to the store when Verola was there and we confirmed together the ring was similar but not the exact one i had chosen initially. Although they did not have this ring in store at the time, she was friendly and helpful and got this ring from another store. She kept me updated on the progress throughout this period and not once did i see her losing her patience with me, when the ring came she showed me both rings to make up mind. It was pleasant being assisted by someone who seems to enjoy what she does and goes the extra mile to see the customer happy. Please keep up the good work Verola and Thank you! You made a difference :)
