I don't & never did want your funeral plan!!!

I got a letter dated 28/06//2012 about a funeral plan purchased-It stated that I am under NO obligation to buy this product & that the policy could be cancelled within 30days. I thus called to terminate on the 14/07/2012 and assumed this was done after speaking to Spongile. I decided to settle my account IN FULL so that I could monitor what else I would be charged for. As suspected, the funeral plan WAS NOT cancelled leaving my statements to reflect interest charged on the plan I NEVER wanted!! I then decided to then go into a JET store to resolve the matter-The staff assured me that due to me calling from their store, the matter will be rectified that day. After spending some time on the phone with head-office, I was assured that my account will return to R0.00.Due to no statements being received since, I was led to believe that the matter was indeed resolved until I received an sms yesterday, 5 months later stating that I should pay off my account to maintain my good credit rating. I then got a call from head-office stating that they are going to hand me over if I do not pay off my balance? If head-office is of NO help, who should I then contact to get this matter res
