Diamonds are not forever with American Swiss

My fianc? bought an engagement ring from American Swiss Greenacres in May. I took the ring in for resizing and to get them to fix the ring as 2 diamonds had come out. I was helped by Pricilla on the 5th of July and she told me they would check if it's a manufacturing fault or not and informed me it would be R90 for resizing. I was called after a week and told it was indeed a manufacturing fault and I could collect. I went there to collect it and nobody seemed to know anything about it. I found out that they don't have the diamond cut or whatever. Last week was the last time I went there and still no joy. A month and a week later I still don't have my ring. So over AMerican Swiss! What Guarantee do I have that this ring will last if even they aren't afraid to admit I got a faulty ring and nothing else after that. Engaged huh? where's the ring?
