I bought my fiance a ring @ American Swiss and the size was to big, so they send the ring to adjust, a week later got it back and Wat was the problem? they have made it the wrong size 3sizes to big how professional is that for u that's why u rather buy a ring at (Arthur Chaplin) or any other place than American Swiss. and this isn't the only complaint... so if u thinking off getting engaged to Ur loved one then u will have to buy a ring long before that special day because American Swiss will delay that time...!!! so rather go to any other jewler and they would love more bussness from us than american swiss
