Promised Delivery Date Not Met

Ordered a bed from Dial-A-Bed on Saturday (23rd March) and paid cash for same. Delivery date was today (26th march). Got a phone call that delivery date could not be met and had no firm new delivery date with maybe a Thursday and maybe a Saturday - They promised a call to confirm that never happened - I had to phone back. Reasons is that there are hiccups in their system. (understand that I paid extra for that delivery). I cannot be on standby for iffy dates for delivery when I paid for that service. Also cancelled the deal and must now go back for my cash refund. Had them say it would take from 1 day to 2 days. Now it's 48 WORKING hours. Very quick to take the cash mind you. Will keep you posted to see what else transpires.
