Damaged bed, bad service and late delivery

We bought a bed at dial a bed on the 04th of January and paid cash. We made arrangement that the bed must delivered after we have confirmed our new residential address. On the 14th of January 2014 i went to pay the delivery and ask them to deliver on the 18th of January 2014 and instead of delivery we were sent from pillar to post and told by Tity that it is not his problem that a deleivery was not made.

On 20th after various calls made to him he promised to deliver on the 24th of January and on the day of new delivery i recieved a call from their distributors and mentioned to me that they would not deliever on the required date because they had just recieved the request from the store.

I declined and called the store again and ask for my money back and then Tity changed the story and promised to deliever same day after 17:00PM and his delivery guys only pitched after 20:00PM and the bed was in bad condition and missing some of the screws for it to be assembled.

On saturday morning Tity called and asked if the delivery was made and we asked what delivery because the bed is in bad condition. He then promised to request that the bed be changed as it was Sunday.
