Good day. Myself and my wife purchased a couch from @Home melrose arch on the 3rd March 2013. We were told by the salesperson to contact the warehouse on the 19th of March to confirm delivery date, since this is when they would receive the couch. For the last 3 days my wife has spoken to Nomsa at the warehouse and has been promised on each occasion that she will revert back with confirmation of a delivery date. We are frustrated by the lack of feedback and the delayed delivery. We were promised by the salesperson that the delivery would happen by latest, Tuesday 26th of March. Our order nr is 220533. Can you please get back to me with confirmation of a date of delivery.
