Still waiting for my fridge 3 weeks late

I purchased a Hi Sense 130l bar fridge for my 85 year old mom on the 20th Feb. I paid cash for the fridge and delivery. I was promised delivery for that same friday the 22nd February. Friday came and went and no delivery so I called in only to be told that the stock that I had paid for was no longer available and that I would receive the fridge on the Monday. Monday came and went and no fridge - when i called in again, I was told that they were waiting for stock and my mom would get delivery on Saturday. Saturday came and went and no delivery. I called on Saturday and spoke to the manager who promised me that he would call me today first thing to give me a delivery date... well no call so i called in again and one of the staff took a message for the manager and promised me i would get a call within an hour. I have now been holding on for 7 minutes for someone to answer the call in the appliances department and no luck and no manager available to assist me.
This is just ridiculous service or may i say lack of service... My mom is dependant on having a fridge as she has to keep medication in the fridge but it seems that Makro has no sense of customer importance.
