On Wednesday the 20th March i placed two orders and paid via Credit Card for two different orders to tow different people. I received email confirmations that both were received and will be delivered. The one delivery was scheduled for 28/03 and the other 04/04. I emailed them (over the weekend) to find out why the delivery of the 28/03 was not done on due date - NO RESPONSE to date. I then decided to call this morning (02/04) to find out what the reason was for no delivery. NO REASON. Reason given = oh the Delivery Company will deliver today?? I then requested that i be reimbursed as this is after the event and embarrassing, which i assume will be done.
I then inquired about the delivery i paid for scheduled for 04/04 (this coming Thursday). Guess what? NO RECORD of such a request?? I have receipts of both deliveries and they have NO RECORD?

Your service is appalling to say the least as no one called to give me a reason for non delivery on 28/03 neither could you confirm that there is a delivery scheduled for 04/04/2013.

REALLY? I was then promised a call back in 30 minutes to find out what happened (that was at 11:09 and it is now 12:49).

I await a reply!!!
