DIAL A BED - NEVER AGAIN!!!

On 21st of February i ordered a bed online. the website confirms that delivery will take place within 3 - 5 working days, and that within 48 hours confirmation of an ACCURATE delivery date and time will be given via them. a week past with no response from dial a bed, and on the 27th of February i received a phone call from Vincent at the CT DC (we live in jhb) to say that the bed will be delivered on saturday. due to us having tickets for a show this afternoon, i asked vincent for the delivery to take place in the morning. we agreed to delivery taking place between 9:30 - 10:30. we cancelled our morning appointments to wait for delivery of the promised bed, but now at 12:00, as we need to start getting ready to leave for our show, there is still no delivery. i phoned CT DC who blamed JHB DC and upon phoning JHB DC Lee-ann told me that she couldnt check it as it's CT based without even asking me an order number or where we were based. after holding on for more than 20 minutes i was told that they couldnt allocate my order number and had to phone around to find it. how do you confirm all these things on your website, and by phone, and then just not deliver!! never again!!!
