No delivery of goods purchased on the 09/03/2013

I bought a lounge suite on the 09th of march and was assured it would be delvered after 10 days. i have still not received my goods. i went back to the store on the 21st march and bought a coffee table as well and was told it would definatly be delivered on the 25/03/2013. i just phoned Centurion now and was told that my goods are still not scheduled for delivery and will only be delivered on the 29/03/2013.
this is the worst service i have ever experienced. i have received an sms to say i need to make payment on the 01/04/2013. how can i make payment for goods i have not even received.
this is disgusting sevice from Foshini. i demand that my ggods be delivered today and that the payment date be moved to the 01/05/2013 because i will not pay for something that was supposed to be delivered on the 19th and still has not been.
