Damaged goods, passing the buck

I bought a lounge suite and diningroom suite which was delivered on the 2 May 2013. Before the delivery guys left, I pointed out that the diningroom table was damaged/dented, the lounge suite was dirty and had a scratch on the leather. The guys recorded it on the delivery note and said they would report back to warehouse. I called the next morning, only to find out that it was not reported. I've been chasing this up since the 3 May, but the buck is just passed on. A few weeks back, the lounge suite was collected for inspection and to date, no update on the progress or estimated time to return. The diningroom table is yet to be collected/replaced. I've indicated several times telephonically that the goods should be replaced and not repaired as I bought "NEW" goods. You get mixed signals depending on who you speak to and then you eventually hear that the goods will be collected for inspection, which will probably end up being repaired. The service is pathetic, no one returns calls, and for a brand such as ROCHESTER - to me it only spells. On top of this, debit orders just continue to go off, after telling me that it will be stopped until everything is to my satisfaction...
