I was at Russels furniture store on Saturday 15June 2013. I bought some goods and was told I was going to receive my goods on Tuesday 18 June 2013.

Up till today I did not receive any goods nor a phone call from Russels regarding the delivery. I had to call russels several times on Tuesday and was promisses that the goods would be delivered on Thursday 20June 2013, but no delivery was made. I did not even received a phone call regarding the delivery and once again I had to call to followup on the delivery as was told that my goods would be delivered and the last delivery is at 5m. Up until today one one has called to follow up on the delivery... I only got a call from Russels after I phoned today to cancel my contract cause i am no longer inetersted in the goods due to the bad serivece I received that they want me to reconsider. We previously bough goods from Russels and experienced the same bad service. We even got the wardrobe with a broken handle and was promised that it would be replaced... Its been 6 months since we bought the good and we still waiting for the replacement handled and everytime we went t the store, we are being told a story...
