Dear Sirs/Madam

I bought a bedroom suite from Ellerines, Isipingo Branch, Durban to be delivered at my home town Acornhoek, Mpumalanga in September 2012. The furniture was only delivered in October 2013. Upon inspection of the goods, (as no adult was at home at the time of the delivery) my parents established that teh head board was damaged and there dressing table chair was missing. I contacted the Isipingo branch and advised them of this and i had no joy from the shop manager one lerato. I then contacted the customer care and lodged a Complaint on about March 2013 and was promised that my query will be given urgent attention. Time passed and i have not heard from them. I then contacted them again only to be told that there is no stock, this was about 3/4 months ago, to date i have not heard from anyone from Ellerines or have a received replacement of the damaged goods and missing chair. Every month I make payment of R1146.32 towards the goods to which I am not satisfied with its condition despite the fact that its incomplete. I would appreciate if this can be attended to as I feel like I am being robbed, I pay for incomplete and damaged bedroom suite.
