I have ordered a lounge suite from Rochester on the 19th of Feb 2013. Delivery was booked for the 1st of March. When I enquired about the late delivery I was told that they have sold my lounge suite but they have ordered a new one. In April I was told that I am going to wait 3 months for a suite that was supposed to be delivered in March. Aba Paintsil (the store manager) then arranged for a loan set to be delivered on the 5th of April. After many broken promises Rochester delivered a "new" set to me on the 16th of September 2013. We have told the driver that the mechanism on the single chair is not working and the material on the three seater is very loose. We have marked it on the deliver note as well. After leaving messages for Aba which she did not return we got a number for Darean Simons 071 013 6649 who promised to call back the next day. Two weeks later still no reply. Why must we pay for something we can't use? The service is really poor as well as the quality of the lounge suite.
