I purchased a Baker Lounge Suite from Rochester, Boksburg in January. With the suite I purchased the protection plan/kit (10% of unit price!). The suite was delivered in March, but I did not receive the protection plan. Tracey from your Head Office phoned me 2 or 3 times confirming whether I've received all my goods and arranging delivering of the protection plan. But still no delivery was done. I have phoned your Head Office on 0861 71 72 73 several times, after that, but never able to get hold of her, leaving messages with the switchboard lady, but no one returns my call. So I am paying for goods which I have not received. I've send an email to JDG & Rochester on 28/05 demanding delivery before 07/06. I was copied in on an email the same day where my query was escalated, and till today (another payment later), STILL NO RESPONSE OR DELIVERY! This is pathetic and I will seeking Legal advise!
